The Sunset House is a comfort care home for those who are experiencing end of life and are not able to be cared for at home with their loved ones.  We provide a loving home environment with 24-hour care.  We are a non-profit organization and do not charge residents, families, or insurance companies.  Sunset House depends solely on monetary donations, grants, and other donations to care for our residents and their families.  The house is supported by a director, nurses, volunteers, and night staff.  In addition, Sunset is responsible for payroll.  All donations are welcomed as we have served our community for over 29 years.

• LED light bulbs
• no-rinse body wash
• gloves: small, medium, large
• Tide liquid detergent
• dishwasher pods
• coffee pods, decaf and caffeine
• Coke, Ginger Ale, small cans
• Scrubzz-No Rinse Body Cloths (ordered on Amazon)
• All monetary donations or grocery gift cards are welcome.

Volunteers Needed:

• We always need volunteers, starting at age 18 or older.
• Resident care such as bathing, bed change, feeding, sitting with resident as needed, repositioning, give daily/PRN meds, and mental/emotion support.
• Wash clothes and linens, cleaning.
• Support families as needed.
• Build healthy relationships with families, other volunteers and staff.
